About Us

Who We Are

The Friendship Kitchen in Las Vegas is a community-based initiative under the Friendship Circle of Las Vegas that brings together up to 50 volunteers—including individuals with disabilities—to prepare roughly 200 fresh, healthy meals bi-weekly for families facing food insecurity and those in need. Operating as a “beacon of light,” the program focuses on fostering inclusion while providing essential nutrition to the community.

The meals prepared are distributed to individuals facing food insecurity, including those in homeless shelters and other community programs.

Through the universal language of food we are building connections, spreading kindness, and making a lasting impact.

Room

For Growth

The Solution is Friendship Circle! Friendship Circle provides assistance to families with children, teens, adults with disabilities.
Our unique formula introduces teenage and young adult volunteers to our friends and through shared experiences both are enriched.
Friendship Circle is made up of five parts: volunteers, special friends, parents, staff, and supporters. The true beauty of the circle is how we all link together to form a seamless circle of friendship. Together, we can perform miracles.
